SmartKiwisConnect is a non-partisan organisation that aims to connect people who want New Zealand to progress.
Most people believe that New Zealand is a great place to live but ensuring this future is a challenge.
The SmartKiwis mission:
- Stay connected;
- Be informed;
- Make politicians accountable for effective guardianship of New Zealand’s democracy and values of honesty, integrity, professionalism and transparency;
- Encourage politicians to use evidence based decision making;
- Insist that NZ is ranked within the top 5 in the OECD indices;
- Promote unbiased forums to engage in discussion.
Moreover, social networks such as Twitter, Facebook, Google+ bring people together and it is one tool that can aid SmartKiwis to connect.
